Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. Who we are
QuickInvoice (“the Service”) is operated by JVANET Pty Ltd(“we”, “us”), a company registered in Australia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
QuickInvoice lets you create invoices, share payment links with your clients, and track payment status. The Service is currently offered free of charge during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice and you will never be charged without explicitly signing up to a paid plan.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
4. Your invoices and your clients
Invoices you create are agreements between you and your clients. We are not a party to them, we do not hold funds, and we are not responsible for whether your clients pay you. Card payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms; we never receive or store card details.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading invoicing.
- No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the Service.
- No infringing or harmful content in invoices, notes, or emails sent through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software. You own the content you enter (client records, invoice data, branding) and grant us the licence needed to operate the Service — for example generating PDFs and delivering emails on your behalf.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” during early access. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and nothing in the Service is legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during free early access, may be nil), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms with notice where practicable.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email; continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions: contact us.
