How do my clients pay?
Each invoice has a secure payment link. Your client opens it and pays by card through Stripe — they don't need an account or any software.
Which currencies and regions are supported?
USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, ZAR, PHP, THB and VND, with region-correct tax labels such as GST, VAT, and Sales Tax.
Do you store card details?
No. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — card numbers never touch QuickInvoice's servers.
Can I send PDFs instead of links?
Yes — every invoice can be downloaded as a professional PDF, and invoice emails include the pay link automatically.
What exactly does the AI do?
You describe the project in plain language and it drafts the invoice's line items — descriptions, quantities, and prices — which you can edit before sending. Your description isn't used to train AI models.
